Overnight at Meriton Suites Sussex St

Today we took the ferry across to the Taronga zoo, which is up there with any we've been to. Big enclosures with lots of space for the animals and plenty of viewpoints for the visitors. To be honest I went a bit mad taking photos of all the animals so apologies if that's not your thing. 

Our evening out was a real treat as we had dinner at Bennelong, the premium dining venue inside the Opera House with panoramic views into the harbour (sorry, haaba), with Sue and Geoff and their friends Liam, Jane and Mackenzie. Great venue, incredible food, amazing views and really lovely people. When we look back on our holiday I know this is an evening we will look back on as a highlight of our trip. The only downside is that we were having such a good time I forgot to take any photos except one of our desert, an opera house themed pavlova.
